Available when the service is enabled and operating, with sufficient funds. “Permanent” describes the mechanism, not uninterrupted availability, a fixed price or recovery of your original purchase price.
The current offer
The quote uses the current Whitelist price as its basis. The platform fee is deducted from that price, and the network fee is deducted from the remaining payout budget.
Before signing, you will see the live price, platform fee, payout budget, receiving address and applicable terms. The network fee may still be awaiting a wallet quote, so the exact amount you receive may not yet be confirmed.
How to request a buyback
- Open MINE with the wallet identity that currently manages the NFT.
- Cancel any active listing. An NFT reserved for a pending transaction cannot be returned until that reservation is resolved.
- Select Refund, choose an eligible NFT and review the live offer and receiving address.
- Select Confirm refund & sign and approve the authorization in Noir.
What happens to your NFT
Once the signed request is accepted, the NFT immediately transfers to the platform and leaves circulation. The circulating supply decreases by one. That NFT can no longer be traded or submitted for buyback again.
Your payout enters the automatic payment queue for the receiving address shown in your request. An accepted request does not mean the payment has already arrived.
Follow your payout
Check MINE for the payment status. The queue, wallet synchronization and blockchain confirmation can affect processing time. There is no fixed or guaranteed arrival time.
If your request was accepted but the status did not load, check the existing order again. Do not submit another request for the same NFT. Any total queue count shown includes other platform payments; it is not your position in line.

01 Connect Noir
Select Connect Wallet, approve the connection in Noir and complete the login signature. Use the wallet identity you want to manage your collection with.
02 Check your access
Use QUERY to check your registered u1 address. Review the current mint phase, availability and wallet limits in MINT.
03 Review and confirm
Choose your mint quantity or an available listing. Review the price, fees and receiving address before signing the order. For a paid order, approve the ZEC payment in Noir. A zero-price mint requires the order signature without a payment transfer.
04 Follow your order
Track its status in MINE using the same wallet identity. Paid orders complete after the platform confirms receipt. If an order is still pending, continue checking that order rather than paying again.
When Noir takes a moment
Sending? Give it time.
If Noir shows Sending, do not submit the payment again.
The wallet may be synchronizing, building or broadcasting. The website cannot see its internal stage.
What to check when Sending takes time
- Open Noir and check for an approval prompt, a synchronization notice or a connection problem.
- Keep your internet connection stable and let the existing wallet request finish.
- Check Noir's transaction history and your existing order in MINE before taking another payment action.
- If the result is uncertain, keep the order details and seek help before trying to pay again.
The page feels slow or does not respond
Check your connection and close unused tabs. If no wallet request is pending, try reloading the page once. While Noir is Sending, let that request finish and check the existing order before taking another payment action.
Noir says sent, but MINE is still waiting
A wallet success message or transaction ID is not the same as a completed order. The platform still needs to detect and confirm the payment. Follow the existing order in MINE; do not create another payment while it is pending.
MINE says the buyback is queued
Your request has been accepted for automatic payment. You do not need to pay again or repeat the refund request. Check its existing payout status in MINE.
